Laurel Felice
Laurel has been involved with the healing arts for over twenty years. She studied at Santa Barbara Body therapy Institute and focused on Swedish, Deep tissue and Neuromuscular Massage, as well as Cranio –Sacral, Pre and Post Natal Massage, Shiatsu and Reflexology. She is currently delighted to be training for hospice care with the Sacred Art of Living and Dying coursework at LA Casa de Maria. Her training in Reiki, Ayurveda, aromatherapy and shamanic breathwork has informed her massage practice with a sense of spaciousness, curiosity and playfulness and she brings these qualities to her sessions.
Traditional Swedish Massage
Gentle, therapeutic and harmonizing for your body, mind and spirit. We will set an intention for your massage and use prayer, music or sacred silence to integrate a renewed sense of well-being.
Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular
This is an intensified version of traditional massage, utilizing precision deep fascia release and decompression, as well as improving and strengthening range of motion and flexibility.
Cranio-Sacral
Our minds and head can be so full of busyness. This technique is excellent for chronic headache and anxiety. By slowly and gently manipulating the bones of the skull, and respectfully listening to the spinal pulses, we will bring you an experience of balance, and relaxation and calm.
