Bridgett has been with the practice since 2008.
My specialty is in health and wellness, and energy medicine.
I am a trained and certified FLT (First Line Therapy) Lifestyle nutritional consultant, trained and certified in FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent ) clinician of the Ondamed Biofeedback therapy, Lipo Laser technician, and assist patients with exercise protocols and nutrition protocols.
I was born and raised in the beautiful Ojai Valley and mother of two boys.
I love the outdoors and am an avid hiker, runner, diver, mountain biker and exercise enthusiast. The gym is my home away from home:)
