Barbara Call
Barbara started her medical career at a young age as a candy-striper at a hospital where her mom worked as a nurse and her dad was the hospital administrator. She naturally felt that she should get the best of care from her amazing parents for any boo-boo.
In school she studied respiratory therapy as a specialty and worked with adults and babies until the Western medical model scared he away. She devoted herself to motherhood in the following years — which was a real education!
Barbara spent these decades studying alternative, complimentary and fascinating areas of the healing arts, landing here in Ojai at the Environmental Heath Center where the blend of old and new medicine is truly manifesting and our patients are finally getting the best care.
