Hello! I am a trained nutritional and lifestyle consultant. The program I use at the Bernhoft Center For Advanced Medicine is tailored to meet the needs of each patient’s personal health and wellness goals. I meet with you one on one to discuss history, eating habits, lifestyle, and calorie consumption based on BMI (basal metabolic rate) and exercise. Using a healthy and delicious natural plan founded and supported by Metagenics and the Harvard School of Medicine, I will assist you in creating a menu plan to fit your personal lifestyle and weight loss goals. Results with my patients show increased energy, vitality, weight loss, reduction of Inflammation, metabolic Syndrome, reduced blood pressure, hyperlipidemia and many other conditions pertaining to diet and lifestyle.
The Program is called First Line Therapy and is supported by the Harvard School of Medicine and Dr. Bernhoft. Included in the program is a body composition testing (BIA testing), a lipids panel (cholesterol serum test), consultation with Dr. Bernhoft, work book with menus and guidelines and customized meal plan created for each individual. Nutritional foods and supplements are also available through Bernhoft Nutritionals at our clinic to enhance and increase your results.
I also run the LIPO LASER treatment program which provides the latest in cool laser technology for fat spot reduction and body contouring. It safely and painlessly reduces the fat in the adipocytes at the subcutaneous tissue layer. The fat cells are ruptured, releasing adipocytes and toxins leaving the treated area smoother, tighter and more defined. This is a safe and effective way to minimize and contour stubborn areas such as belly fat, “love handles”, thighs, arms, chin etc.
