Bridgett Lerma
Bridgett Lerma was born and raised in the Ojai Valley and is happy to be a wife and mother of two children. She received her associates’ degree at Ventura College and is certified as an FLT Lifestyle Educator through Metagenics. She is happy to be a part of Dr. Bernhoft’s practice integrating her knowledge & experience through Nutritional & Healthy Lifestyle Counseling. She has had an avid interest in exercise and nutrition since her teenage years and continues to learn more as well as educate others. When Bridgett is not working with patients she is out enjoying nature on a mountain bike or by foot as well as lifting weights or scuba diving with her husband.
